This scenery changes at each major phase of your life (from birth to our final resting place). Each phase is a film made up of several scenes. Where are you in these scenes? What role do you play?

01 REPLAY
Analysis of the current film of your life (actor, setting, objectives, etc.)
Identify gray areas and areas of discord
Analyzing your past movies and determining repetitive scenes
Determine your profile and your injuries

Let’s identify together why you are writing this scenario and how it will produce profound change in you.
04 staging
Up to you !!!
During the staging, you will be the actor of the scenario. Consciously, listen to your physical and psychological reactions and the reactions of the secondary actors.


05 Branstorming
Let’s analyze together your feelings about the scene (positive and negative emotions)
Let’s analyze the reactions of your supporting actors (how did you bring about change in them)
Let's analyze your bodily reactions, egotypic (how your body consciousness reacted)
Back to step 3 : Change the scenario or adapt the scenario and/or harden the scenario for a deeper development of your consciousness.
